Retail Laundry Management Software

Retail Laundry Software Consists of the following modules

Service Type : Default Service Types are Regular Wash , Dry-cleaning , Rolling.
Cloth Category :  Default Cloth Categories are Men , Women , Kids , House-Hold.
Cloth Prices : Select Service Type & Cloth Category then Add Cloth names , Cloth Price, Cloth Image, Units( PCs / Kg ).
Order Booking Form : To generate a new order , admin need to fill a form which contains. Customer Name,Customer Phone number, & Customer address.  Existing Customers data will be auto populated while filling phone number.
View Orders : All the generated orders are managed in this section.
Manage Orders : We can manage generated orders by entering cloth counts. Billing amount will be calculated automatically.
Manage Payments : In this section admin can update the payment status paid / unpaid and even the payment mode (cash/cheque/pos/debit card)
Print Tag : Tagging numbers are printed in an sequential order , and are equivalent to the number of clothes for the particular order. These tags can be attached to each cloth , this helps in segregating the piles of clothes , without misplacing. 
Print Bill  : Finally , You can print the Customer invoice.

Commercial Laundry Management Software

Commercial Laundry Software Consists of the following modules

Add Business Type : You can manage business type names  Eg: Hotel / Hospital / Hostels / Travels etc.
Add Business Names : You can add business names to business types. Eg: Appolo Hospitals
Add Cloth List & Prices : You can add cloth list with prices. Eg: For Appolo Hospitals – the cloth list will be Curtain, Towel, Hand-Towel etc.
Order Booking Form : To generate a new order , admin needs to select a particular business entity , Then enter the list of clothes given and click on save.

Vehicle Expenses Management 

Manage Vehicles : You can add and manage your vehicles details like vehicle registration number , vehicle owner name, address,phone no, GST No. , PAN No. , Monthly Rent amount.
Manage Petrol Bunks : You can add and manage petrol bunk details such as bunk name , address , phone no, GST No. , PAN No.
Daily Oil consumption : Here You can update your daily petrol / diesel reading.
Vehicle Wise Detail Report : Select a particular vehicle and month and click on submit to get vehicle wise report.
Bunk Wise Detailed Report : Select a particular bunk and month and click on submit to get bunk wise report.
Overall Report : Select a particular month and click on submit to get both vehicle and bunk wise report.

Miscellaneous Expenses Management

Manage Category :  You can add Expenses Categories such as fireworks, detergent , wood , stationary etc .
Manage Dealer: You can add your expenses dealer details.
Manage Expenses : You can add your expenses. 
Overall Report : Select a particular month and click on submit to get the overall expense report for the selected month.
